SELF TRANSFORMATION begins when you start becoming more conscious of who you are ? not what people think you are!!!

Whose eyes do you see yourself from? Yours or others? Who dictates your being, their eyes or yours? We tend to lose ourselves in the eyes of others ... it's only when we connect to our physical and spiritual eye do we really wake up and start connecting to our true essence. This is when the real self transformation begins when we see ourselves with our inner eye, the self that goes on changing is the self that truly is living.

“We cannot change anything unless we accept it,” The first step, therefore, is to acknowledge that a change in our way of life is needed. An easy way to determine how necessary it is for us to change, is to take note of how often we are afflicted by feelings of regret, guilt, anxiety or depression.

We all ask in life 'What is my purpose, what am I doing here' I have done the same and I come up against this question regularly now as I am going through my life purpose. I realised life on earth is a school we 'learn and play' ... life is to be lived. However we get consumed in the material life drama forgetting we are only visitors here on earth experiencing a human journey. We forget we are spiritual beings and we live life accumulating as if we are living forever and forgetting who we are, why is that? because we wear so many masks trying to live for others. With social media on the rise we have forgotten truly how we feel as we are driven now by others life stories fantasies a life like others. Not all social media stories are what they make out to be, behind each story is loneliness, wanting to be part of something, sorrow and no real life essence.

LIFE = It’s a journey that involves uncovering what really motivates you and where your purpose can serve a greater good. Pause and think 'every beginning has a end' so what am I doing to evolve self !!! what have I learnt in this life? what am I here to learn? Make the effort to learn more and grow as a person. Give yourself a big dream and something to strive for that keeps you motivated and driven by a purpose.

One of the biggest reasons why we find it difficult to move forward in life is because we haven’t properly dealt with the things that are holding us back.

Are you holding onto past hurts, past anger or fear, or past incomplete? Releasing these anchors could be the final step you need to complete your past and embrace your future.

At AYU-OK we run many therapies to release the past trauma that is becoming an obstacle in life for us moving forward and transforming ourselves as the trauma is so deeply embedded into the subconscious mind. Do checkout our therapies from counselling, EFT and past life regression http://www.ayuok.com/book-a-session

We must be ready for self transformation any resistant will just hold you back, you must embrace change in order to achieve personal transformation, you must embrace the fact that change is not only necessary, but it is inevitable.

ASK YOURSELF
  • What’s changing in my life that I’m currently resisting?
  • Why am I resisting that change?
  • What am I afraid of with respect to this change?
  • What am I afraid might happen to me?
  • What’s the payoff for my keeping things the way they are?
  • What’s the cost I’m paying for keeping things the way they are?
  • What benefits might there be in this change?
  • What’s the next step I could take to cooperate with this change?
  • When will I take this step?
  • When you choose to cooperate with change, adapt to it, and benefit from it, you will thrive no matter what life throws your way.
You NEED to START to transform your inner critic into an inner coach
Research indicates that people talk to themselves about 50,000 times a day – and that 80% of that self-talk is negative.

So if you have a voice inside you that says things like, “I shouldn’t have said that… they don’t like me… I’m never going to be able to pull this off… I’m a fraud… I’m so disorganised… I’ll never be good enough…” you are certainly not alone.

The problem with all this negative self-talk is that we actually BELIEVE it. Such thoughts affect our attitude, our motivation to act, our physiology, even our biochemistry. All this chatter from the inner then is reflected in our outre world and we attract exactly that.

So how do you stop them? By realising that YOU are in charge of your own mind. You can choose whether to listen to or agree with any thought that passes through your head. Get into the habit of asking yourself: “Is this thought helping me or hurting me? Is it getting me closer to where I want to go, or taking me further away? Is it motivating me to action, or blocking me with fear and self-doubt?”
If you experience a thought that is having a negative impact on you, make the effort to consciously replace it with a more positive one

"We judge ourselves by what we feel capable of doing, while others judge us by what we have already done." – Henry Longfellow

This perception you have of yourself is based on the information you have gathered about your values, life roles, goals, skills, and abilities over time. Your self-image comes down to how you see yourself in the present moment. This includes the labels you give yourself about your personality and the beliefs you have about how the external world perceives you. It’s, however, important to note that your self-image isn’t necessarily based on reality. Many times, how people see themselves and how they would like to see themselves doesn’t quite match up. And this is precisely what causes problems and often leads to self-sabotaging behaviour patterns and emotional struggles.

Self transformation starts when you step outside your comfort zone to solve a problem or achieve a goal. Moreover, it influences how you utilise your physiology while confronting challenges, obstacles, and problems. The questions you typically ask yourself each day, and it affects how you interact with people, how you think about yourself, others, and circumstances.

Putting all this together, your self-transformation effectively determines what you will do or choose not to do at any given moment in time. It, therefore, influences your inherent potential to do, be, have and achieve your desired objectives.

There are a number of forces that shape your self-transformation and, therefore, impact its health and vitality over time.
  • Internal sources include what you think about yourself and/or others, what you pay attention to, how you interpret the events and circumstances of your life, and how you reframe both failure and success.
  • External sources include the environment you spend most of your time in, your interactions with others, and how other people tend to label you.

The most important thing to note here is the impact that other people have on your self-transformation.

Your life improves because life always comes down to the emotional experiences we choose to indulge in. When our emotional experiences are of a healthy and positive nature, this improves the quality of our thoughts. And as our thoughts improve so do our choices, decisions, and actions. When we connect spiritually through meditation, yoga or even mindful activities we start to transform for self.

Building a true YOU no doubt takes some work and consistent effort. In fact, it takes time. This isn’t something that you can build or transform overnight. Likewise, it isn’t something that you work through once and then forget about for the rest of your life.

Transforming yourself is something that you need to work on consistently over time. It’s something that must continuously change and evolve as you reach new milestones along your life’s journey. The more you connect with your true self the easier life becomes on earth, you will realise the powers you have within and the power of each moment. You will learn the 'the power of now'; you will start to manifest life they way you want it to. This can only happen when you start seeing yourself with your own EYE's (inner and outer).

Start becoming conscious of your breathe, your environment, your food, your relationships, your sleep, how does getting up to goto work make you feel? how can you change that feeling? What makes you happy inside? Look in the mirror, look deep into your eyes and introduce yourself to yourself and ask how are you today? How easy is it for your to say 'I LOVE YOU' looking into your own eyes without moving your eyes away....

Overwhelm happens when the sheer volume of thoughts, feelings, tasks, and stimuli in our daily environment shifts our brain and nervous system into a reactive, stressed state. In this state, our brain’s pre-frontal cortex — which helps with logic, problem solving, analysis, prioritization — takes a back seat while our amygdala (the “survival” brain) fires up the fight, flight, freeze response.

Energy medicine is a branch of alternative medicine based on a pseudo-scientific belief that healers can channel healing energy into a patient and effect positive results. Practitioners use a number of names including various synonyms for medicine (e.,g., energy healing) and sometimes use the word vibrational instead of or in concert with energy. In no case is any empirically measurable energy involved: the term refers instead to so-called subtle energy.
